At the NIS Company’s stand in Hall 4 of the Belgrade Fair, all racing enthusiasts and members of the media had the opportunity to meet the famous Russian athlete, who replied to the journalists’ questions, spent time with the fans and presented special awards to NIS customers.

NIS, the leading petroleum company in the local market, is taking the visitors of this year’s International Motor Show on an exciting adventure – the “24 Hours of Le Mans” racing marathon, one of the oldest and most prestigious sports car endurance races. Holding the status of favorite to win the race is G-Drive Racing, a three-time winning team of the European Le Mans Series and winner of the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC) in the LMP2 category. Setting out on their quest for another title in the European endurance racing championship, the G-Drive Racing team made a short stop in Belgrade and provided an opportunity for all those with a passion for racing, powerful cars and dynamic driving to meet the famous Roman Rusinov, and to see the actual racing car of the G-Drive Racing team – the Oreca prototype – on display at the Motor Show. This stunning racing car built for performance is equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.5 liter Nissan V8 engine, meaning that the driver has around 490 horsepower at his disposal, while the mass of 900 kg allows it to develop speeds of up to 340 km/h.

After spending time with numerous fans and talking to members of the media, Rusinov presented fuel cards and G-Drive sport-packets to the winners of “Knowledge Race”, a competition organized on NIS official Facebook page “With Us on the Road“.
