Who can use the issued card?

For a card that reads the registration number, the employees of a gas station compare the sign on the card with the vehicle license plate and vehicle registration data. For a card that bears the name, the employees compare the data with the customer's identity documents, while the card that reads the label of a legal person the vehicle registration license is checked to see whether the vehicle belongs to a legal entity in whose name the card is issued.

What to do in case of loss or theft?

If the card is lost, it can be blocked by calling 08-0000-8888 (0-24h) or by contacting the NIS manager for your company.

How to make the payment on the debit cards?

The payment to your debit card is made by opening the invoice for the desired sum. Invoices can be opened using personal office (CMS application) - options "Individual payments" or "payment for the group" or by contacting your regional NIS center. After opening the invoice you receive a reference number with which you make the payment.

When can the funds on the cards be used upon payment?

Funds are available on the cards after 09:00 a.m. the next day (and Saturday) upon payment.

How do you make a discount when using the card?

Discounts or rebates are made in accordance with the signed scale of commercial discounts based on the quantity of derivatives consumed during the month. At the end of the month the amount is calculated and depending on the grade of discounts you will be sent a credit note in the amount of the calculated discount.

Is it possible to monitor consumption in real time?

You can manage and control your NIS card through a personal office - CMS web application which is accessible from any computer that meets the technical requirements. A request for access to a personal office is sent to the manager assigned for your company, after which you will be forwarded the parameters for access and instructions for use, and, if desired, you can be trained to use the office. You can get at any time an overview of all issued cards, monitor their limits and types of fuel, track transactions in real time and get a number of useful reports on consumption and trade per cards through a personal office.

What documentation is needed for the Agreement and issuance of the card?

For the issuance of debit cards the customer must submit: OP form (notarized signatures of authorized persons), Certificate of Registration / Establishment (certificate of the Business Registers Agency), Certificate of VAT registration, Certificate in the unified register of tax payers of the Tax Administration (certificate of the allocated PIN), Request for a NIS fuel debit card, vehicle specification for the issuance of debit cards. After the necessary documents are submitted, the Agreement and the scale of commercial discount are signed. For the issuance of credit cards the customer must submit: OP form (notarized signatures of authorized persons), Certificate of Registration / Establishment (certificate of the Business Registers Agency), Certificate of VAT registration, Certificate in the unified register of tax payers of the Tax Administration (certificate of the allocated PIN), Scoring of the company in the Business Registers Agency, File of the Specimen signatures, Request for a NIS fuel credit card, vehicle specification for the issuance of credit cards. After the necessary documents are submitted, the Agreement and the scale of commercial discount are signed.

What is the difference between a credit and debit card?

Credit cards are used on the basis of the limit assigned to the Customer on a monthly basis. Card transactions can be performed to the specified limit during one month. Invoices for completed transactions are submitted in accordance with the agreed contractual provisions.  Debit cards are used on the basis of prepaid funds. Card transactions can be performed to the level of available funds.

What is the difference between a group and individual debit card?

Group debit cards (cards with an embossed label DEBI) use the funds paid to a group of cards. Each card has access to the entire group amount, unless limited by a daily, monthly or quarterly limit.  Individual cards (cards with an embossed label INDI) use the funds paid into a special account of each of the specific individual cards.

How long does it take to make a card?

After submitting the request for issuing cards, they can be taken within one working day.

What can be printed on the cards?

Cards can be made out to a registration number, name of a person or the customer's name (legal entity). On the actual cards print letters and numbering can be embossed. In addition to a cardholder’s label, the name of the group of cards of a legal entity is also printed on the card.

What documentation is needed to make additional cards?

At any time during the contract you can require additional cards. For the issuance of additional cards you need to submit a completed Application to make a NIS card and vehicle specification for the issuance of a NIS card. The required documentation is submitted to the assigned manager for your company.
